Improve the design, processing and manufacturing level of molds
At present, the vast majority of solar aluminum profile manufacturers in China use single-hole die extrusion, and the application of multi-hole dies is limited to the production of small-section profiles by small-tonnage extruders. For ordinary architectural profile products, the output of a single cross-section is usually large and the batch size is large. Therefore, the conditions for using multi-hole die extrusion are met. This requires the innovative consciousness of die designers and the processing equipment and precision to reach a new level, thereby improving the efficiency of extrusion production.
